When you email us or submit a consultation request, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business, reply email, service interest, and description of your challenge. We use it to respond to the inquiry and discuss possible services. A consultation request is not a newsletter subscription.

This website uses Google Sites and its consultation form uses Google Forms within Google Workspace. Google processes information associated with providing these services. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. Following a LinkedIn link takes you to a separate service with its own policies.

Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records through an initial inquiry. If an engagement requires business records, we will discuss an appropriate process separately.

Email matthews@mad90.com to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. Any legal recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.

We may update this notice as the website and its features change. The effective date above identifies this version.
